Turbo or Supercharged and why?(VOTE)
I will personally got with a S/C, i think that for me 400 RWHP is enought for daily driving, turbos can be hard on your engine in the long run espacially if you go big HP
attched is a dyno run of the ATI S/C
look good to me

Supercharger kits are generally more expensive. Especially considering buying a nice set of headers to compliment the SC.

I have looked for this answer in the past with no success. From what you say, the engine only sees boost when you floor it. I don't really understand that, I thought it was a linear powerband where the boost was there at all times. If the SC is only seeing boost at WOT, then if I get an SC, I will not be seeing much boost cause I rarely "punch" my car. I don't want to be like Fred Flintstone running with my feet cause I "punched" it too hard.
So if the SC is not seeing boost on the interstate, is it affecting MPG??? I mean, I assumed MPG would go down with the SC running all the time, but correct me if I am wrong.

I guess I can explain this in terms of how my vehicle reacts to boost. The s/c is running all the time, since it is run off the belts, but I do not see boost until the car is out of vacuum.
Lets say I'm driving around...just cruising and when I look at the vacuum/boost gauge it usually shows 20 - 10 in/hg. This reading is usually at low to mid throttle position. Now if I step on the gas a little more the gauge will quickly go to 10 - 0 in/hg of vacuum or to 0-1psi, which is a little of boost...usually I never see boost but the car is more responsive and it does feel like there is more power. And if floor it the car will quickly go to redline and I see full boost...which is really a rush.
Overall the car does feel like it has more power and it is more responsive, and when I do need the power the car gets there with ease.
My gas has gone down slightly, but it does make sense because I do have a larger pump and larger injectors. The weird part about it is that it feels like I don't have to step on the gas as hard to get more power. And the best thing about it is that in 5th gear I don't have to down shift to get the more passing power...I just step on it and I'll be going from 70mph to 100mph in a blink of my eye.

Thats the benefit of the extra TQ and I like it.
Remember the old saying:
"You pay for HP but you drive TQ".
