So, long story short, after buying a used turbo kit from a reputable source here I have come to 2 conclusions.
1. Will Never buy another used part EVER again
2. Just pull the motor out and be done with it, dont try to install a kit yourself without step 1 being pull the fuking motor out.
Keeping the above two things in mind, I have a very basic formula, Mostly stock and 9psi on JWT TT will = 400ish whp and a great powerband.
Setup: 05 35th Anniv.
Used JWT TT Kit - 3K
Titek Test Pipes - 150
Utec Setup - 800
DWerks 600cc ( I love you Jeremy Tibbs) Injector swaps shouldnt be this easy - 500
Walbro 255, Phunks install method -100
AEM UEGO - 120
NGK Iridium 1 Step Colder (Thanks Sharif for the ridiculously fast ship time)
Nismo Exhaust - 700
JWT Clutch and Flywheel - 700
MISC -an, hose, lines, other fittings, nessesary parts - $1500
Problems with my setup,
FMIC will not fit the 04.5+ cars without flipping the crash bar upsidedown and redrilling the holes, You will lose the tow pin capacity... Oh Well
Stock Used Oil lines = Garbage, replaces with all -an lines and better harware.
JWT Oil pan spacer, isn't as nice as AAM. Not to mention the bolts and pickup spacer were left out of what I recieved.
Other than those things the install was straight forward, that and every connector under boost now is tbolt and not the crap worm gear clamps sent to me.
Radiaton Overflow Bottle - Now a cutom tank, much nicer and looks pretty cool too.
Seriously without the help of my friends who have just about every tool known to man and a great tig welder, my build would have never been finished. JWT TT kits are not for the feint of heart.
All my connections and oil lines and what not have about 1/8" clearence and everything is tighter than a viirgin asian vag.
Now I am at my current dilema, I have a map from turboxs in my utec and it sucks, i cant even get a reading on my afr, it will idle, which is the best i can do, but its rich as ***.
I need my car tuned professionally YES, until then I need a map to run it in order to get it somewhere. Please someone help me out, base map on jwt TT for 9psi and 600cc injectors.
If any shop is willing to send me a good map, I will return the favor by providing you my business for tuning, within reason... eg.
GTM if you help I'll goto the shop you recomend, but damn if Ill drive from cincy to Cali, furthest Id go is FL, and East is NY, I live in OH.
Anyway, thanks in advance for helping a guy out, this has been a long 2 weeks without my Z and I just want her back up and running.

Ive talked to Hal before and yes, he is close but from what says, he has never dealt with UTEC before. I have full confidence that he could figure it out, but i need a map to get it running better than dog ****, in order to get it there.

If the tuner locks the maps, I believe you can still view and copy them just not alter them. I have been contacted by one member with a 650cc map and Greddy tt with built motor. This i am sure will be a better fuel map, but I know that the timing maps on a low comp motor and high comp are very different.

Update:
Not the best news, but ok I suppose.
I was on the road, on my way to Forged, the on single piece of the remaining oil lines look a crap on me, Now that Kharma, when you dont go buy a new fitting and just get an adapter for the old one.
2nd Tim, thanks for the maps, I was unable to use them for some reason it kept saying corrupt map, and wouldnt load.
II revised one well enough I hope from TXS to make my car drivable out of boost.
Anyway, my car was towed to wright motorsports so I could get it on a lift and diagnose. Thanks Wright! Now I am getting ready to leave outta of town, and have yet another venture. I will be buying a new car most likely by the end of the week. I found a Lotus Elise for sale down the street and I must have it. Soon enough the Z may be up for sale.
Anyway, thanks for the help all, and tim i may pick your brain some more to get that map to work, mine sucked.

Thanks Tim for helping getting the car running right, Unfortunately you are right, this Utec is a total waste of time, and I need something to allow me to run much better, The car is going to be towed to Lexington (Yah for support trucks) to Injected, for a Haltech, and most likely a new right side turbo, I am smelling burnt oil under the hood and fear the worst.

Yes its turning into a huge ordeal very quickly.
It may end up being a built motor 700 bb and haltech soon enough, I passed on the elise, i just dont fit in it.
