+1 on the arp hardware and head gasket, do some port/polish work and upgrade the springs minimum for those cams if u got the cash, get aam 3inch downpipes/w dumps...as for pistons i went with arias extreme duty....nice list so far
Nice list!!! I researched the shiat out of the various rods and pistons, and also went with Eagle Rods and Wiseco Pistons.
I actually asked by engine short block builder (Kyle at import parts pro) his opinion about going with the Carillo Rod/Arias Piston combo, and he said that my money would be better spent on applying ceramic coating to the top of the pistons and moly coating the side skirts. So that's what I did.
If you are going turbo, be sure to get the "Turbo Ti-C" exhaust.

yea i was going qith aam 3inch and maby chane pistons idk yet but what do u mean by do some port/polish work and upgrade the springs minimum for those cams if u got the cash tad bit retarded lol
+1 on the valve springs.
Also, go with a Walbro fuel pump (or two if you want to spend the cash on a twin setup).
Definitely go with a Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer OR a Cosworth Plenum. But your talking Approximately $200 for the spacer vs Approximately $1200 for the Cosworth. So that depends on your budget.
In my opinion, save the money on the Arias pistons and put it toward ceramic/moly coating on the Wiseco pistons. It is my understanding that the ceramic/moly coated Wiseco pistons will give better performance than uncoated Arias pistions in your hp range, and save some money at the same time. If money is no object, then you can apply the ceramic/moly coating to the Arias pistons, but I have not seen any credible evidence that they will perform noticably better than the Wiseco pistions at hp levels you will be running, although they are very slightly ligher (maybe 20 mg or so).
There are some who actually contend Wiseco pistons hold tighter tolerances and are generally made better, and outside the VQ35 community Wiseco pistons have a very good reputation:

http://hondaswap.com/engine-building...eco-etc-43423/
It also has been suggested that Wiseco actually supplies rings to Arias:

Nonetheless, in the VQ community Arias seems to have a very good reputation, and are used by some very reputable builders. In the end, you should probably go with what your engine builder recommends. Like I said, although my engine builder sells Arias pistons, I asked him if this were his motor and his money, what would he do? That's when he recommended ceramic/moly coated Wiseco pistons for my application. My tuner concurred with his opinion.

Here is a link to my build, although there are some changes from the original listing because I upped my hp goal:

I changed out the APS 2.5" exhaust/test pipes for the Greddy Evo TT with custom test pipes and a SGP W/G relocation kit, feeding the dumps back into the exhaust. Tomorrow I'm ordering larger fuel injectors and I am going with a twin in-tank Walbro fuel pump setup.
