I got over 550 HP and any time I push hard on the gas and when the turbo kicks in, my car fishtails, I had one major spin out that scared the crap out of me. I got very good tires, what else can I upgrade so I will not have anymore spin out ?

+1 on LSD! I'm pushing similar numbers as you, but even if I loose grip my car goes straight instead of spinning out... it's very predictable and I can control it... LSD rocks! I have cusco RS LSD with 2ways 80% lock setup.
