I'm guessing 8900 for kit + install + tune + misc (gauges, etc..) + haltech + injectors = 17k OTD?

About the same as the GTM kit not including the free TI exhaust.

allso the price is high for a tuner kit.

dont tell me ull get a free exhaust, so many ppl dont want the exhaust cuz they allready have one.
lets talk a little about the DE engine ok

$8600 - $1250 - $150 = $7200 thats still MSRP u can get it a little bit lower am sure (hell not too low anymore lol) ok sell the Exhaust if u already got one now lets compare it to GTM Turbo Kit !! i know GTM Turbo Kit is a Cool Turbo Kit its a Tuner Version Too, but the only difference between it and this one is the $6700 vs $7200 which is $500 difference with just being $500 more expensive some people want to pay this amount for a open dumps and a bigger intercooler than GTM, c`mon u still call it more expensive what do you think ?

I wonder which TD06SH-20G turbo they are using.

I hope it's the one with the 16 cm^2 turbine housing. it will spool up later, but will offer more top end and an extended rpm range for those with more aggressive cams.

there is one on the greddy site that has the same 3 bolt flange.

Also, I wonder if they are using the same cast manifold as is used in the regular td05-18g kit. that would make upgrades very easy!!!

from the pics flotting around of the new hr kit it seems they use the exact same manifolds, so im assuming for cost purposes that this kit will also have the same manifolds(less R&D more profits which they need haha). I just wonder how much it would be to get my hands on a set of these turbos and the 32row xl intercooler. If greddy was smart they would offer an upgrade package!!

well we all know GReddy has been talking about this kit for the last year it seems like...and in a time of crisis they had no choice to release it now....i would worry about realiability but then again your boosting a car to over 500 hp.

The 16cm^2 is HUGE and prob to big for a dual application. Thats equal to around a ~.90 A/R

has anyone ever did a custom manifold the Greddy kit to be able to upgrade the turbo setup on it? I know some just switch to a completely new kit, but wouldnt this be a better financial option for those looking for a specific turbo on thier kit?

Nope. New turbos are 1k each, then the price of the manifolds. Which if custom would be atleast 1k also. You could just sell the greddy kit and go with something like the SP kit for around the same price, and also get better products.
