Thumbs up Back and bigger than ever! Probably one of the better rehabs from Forged IMHO

Well here is the final product following this puking antifreeze thead, I made an amazing 585 whp DD. Sharif will have to provide the graphs, I have them but scans never look good. Seriously this is one of the nicest linear power curves that I have ever seen.

Long story short, I am proud to once again to be a Forged customer. Thankfully, Sharif and his crew did the proper testing rather than just recomending a full engine rebuild, hence from this date on, my car will only get the Forged treatment.

Enough of that here are some pictures of the what is now referred to as the birdnest:

THAT IS NEARLY 50 FEET OF VACUUM LINE THAT WAS REMOVED

It is nearly 7 feet tall there!

According to Forged, it took an entire day to make my engine bay look like this:

My car is now running the full FCON engine management system including the knock amp and navigator:

I can't say enough about how smooth this car is and how great being able to crank the car on the first try and without a ridiculous amount of gas.

I love the car and it now has 4 distinct boost setting, although I have only experienced the race map to date: The maps include:

1st three are pump fuel.

10psi w/g ___________________443.6 whp
13psi low boost_______________495 whp
16psi high boost______________545.3 whp
18psi 110 octane_____________583.2 whp

Looks good Craig, car has come a long way since those tn days

I really had a birds nest in my car at one point. During the S/C install I had my hood removed and the car sat for a couple of days covered by a tarp. Bird made a nice one right under neath the lower plenum. Didn't notice anything until a couple of months later when I was installing a catch can, LOL!

Thanks, this thing is a ton of fun. Heading to dynolab tonight to see what she does on a dynojet. A buddy of mine is taking his trans am with a 100 shot.

Definately a far cry from the TN days.

Thank God, my birdnest was just a mess of vacuum lines. How is your car doing by the way?

Huge relief! It was literally a nightmare with a happy ending to date.

Only have 120 miles on the set up, but have had 2 different passengers and no bumps yet.

Race tune: 18psi 110 octane:
641.3 rwhp 625 rwtq *(I will post the graphs tomorrow 583.2 whp DD)

This is exactly to 10%!

So here is the other estimates for the other maps, I couldn't find any 93 octane to fill up for 30 minutes, so I will have to test these numbers later!

High boost: 16 psi 93 octane: 599.5 whp
Low boost: 13 psi 93 octane: 544.5 whp
W/g boost: 10 psi 93 octane: 489.5 whp

Anyway the car is absolutely nuts on the street and put down serious numbers, 600+ whp is crazy, too much fun!

Poor initial install. Hence the rehab. Forged rocked this one out. I wish they could respond to the thread, but they are in VIR, trying to bring home a 1st place finish.

Quick Reply: Back and bigger than ever! Probably one of the better rehabs from Forged IMHO
