Hey guys,

I have a whistle coming from the TiAL 38mm wastegate on decel...it has made the noise ever since it was put in. It only happens on decel...does anyone know what this might be?

 

make sure you double check how tight the bolts are. it sounds like you might have a leak either from the wastegate itself where the spring resides or the main wastgate entrance. just make sure you tighten those allen bolts and make sure you tighten the 2 big bolts. that should get rid of your problem.

 

Thanks, i will take a look at it tonight. I wonder if there are torque specs I need to look at?
