heard from a bird that he is going to spend alot of time in jail. since he didnt finalize his bankruptcy, it is now officially theft. also, he is there at powerfab from time to time, he does do alot of there tuning and he is doing pretty bad from what we are hearing. he probaly knows now that everyone knows where he is at.

I CANNOT have my car up in there knowing he is there.....I would hate to see parts of my car on ebay

Has anyone else confronted Powerfab yet about Mark?

I called today and spoke with Jeremy. Mark was not in at the moment. Jeremy explained to me his relationship and what he knows of the current situation. Basically, here is a breakdown:
-Mark is NOT an employee of Power Fab/Jeremy
-Mark IS using their facilities; he is basically renting/sub-letting lifts and dynos when he needs them
-Jeremy and Power Fab have taken over some of the customers from Mark; Mark is still working directly with others
-Mark is constantly changing his contact numbers (cell phone), so Jeremy doesn't have a good number to reach Mark
-There may be MUCH more to this story than we thought; I can't say anything yet, since Jeremy asked that I keep it off the record and there are some pretty serious implications for others besides Mark; I will have to find out more
-I'm waiting a bit for Mark to call me; if he doesn't I'll try again; if nothing comes of these contact attempts or conversations, I will pursue other options

Mmmkay... That doesn't answer the question of WHY (after all the fraud and BS Mark did at SGP) they would allow Mark in their building... let alone rent their facilities and conduct business there.
Did you confront them directly on this point? And were they aware of Mark's transgressions upon the VQ community?
I suspect someone at Powerfab is a personal friend of Mark's and that this goes beyond a simple business arrangement.
