letting it go not only affects you,but sets the stage for a repeat performance.do you really want the next guy to get raped when you could have prevented it?
sgp needs a strike against them so that when they try this $hit again the judge,sheriff or ag see's a pattern and will respond more aggressively.right now they only see you.....one pissed customer.guess how many of those they see a day?

Are you serious? The standard was set very long ago. It's too bad a thread didn't get started like this about 6 months ago when people supposedly already had parts/cars/money in the dead zone there for 6+ months and we could of broke the mold. I for one am out of time and patience to deal with lackadaisical authorities in the area alone and nobody has stepped up to band together on the issue legally. Anybody willing to get "raped" is asking for it. This thread I started has over 1500 reasons and 6 months of why not to do business with the shop.Gluck to those who have been burned. I hope you get your cars, money, and (or) parts back. PM me if you want assistance but if you have stuff there still you're probably hosed...

Its a very uncomfortable situation with many customers. Trust me we have a special setup to try and help out any of the customers that have gotten screwed and or are still getting screwed. Our shop location is appr. 20 miles from SGP and we get calls everyday asking if we have an opening so they can transfer here. We are dedicated to helping out anyone that needs it, in fact we are scheduled to go tow a customers car out of the parking lot next week so we can get it over here and thus start over. That is if the customer gets the money back he originally gave....... (HMMMMMM) Even if not the car is still being moved
