OMG! This is horrible news. I'm sorry to hear this. We are in the same boat. At least you caught it before it ruined other parts and left you stranded! What do you plan to do?

Darren- Do you have pics of my damaged transmission from Chris yet? I was expecting those a few weeks back.

I called him about 30 minutes ago. As usual, here are the results:

Cell (old/new): disconnected/voicemail (usually full, but able to leave a message this time)
Email: no response

That sucks to hear Eric! I wish I could be of help, but as of right now, I'm just trying to get my car out of there as fast as I can.

 

Wow, So it looks like the job was at least half done but unfortunately half-arsed done ready for FIAL once installed. This is the worst case scenario to put something in and have it fail after build complete.

 

Get your cars out of there now!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear this Eric.....That was really low of Mark to do this....smart move not putting it on your car.....There is nothing more to say ...only what Jay has posted.....GET YOUR CARS OUT OF THERE. When the law gets involved.....they will tag everything thats in and around that shop....That means everything belongs to the courts until this has been settled.

 

DAMN Eric.... I think this should be an eye opener and you guys need to finally say enough is enough from this Mark guy and get the police involved ASAP.

And MRG1981... I know you just want your finished trans back, but it is painfully obvious, that even if you do get something back.... it won't be right and will certainly need servicing prior to installation.
