4 pages on that site, and nobody has asked for detailed pics of anything to really see for themselves what failed or didn't fail? While you can't tell as much from pictures as you can by having it in front of you, but you can tell more than from just a report from another shop.

There is a cutomer of yours with an engine determined to have been put together poorly. Maybe all of the engines weren't put together sloppily but you can't just hope to win 3 out of 5 and ignore the other two.
There is a large financial investment for the car owners and they should get individual attention ASAP.

All the accusations will be responded to at the same time to put everything into perspective. You can wait patiently or keep complaining, won't change the outcome.
Maybe if this was handled professionally from the beginning the customer would be on the road by now.
Anyways thats all until the final post, Sam doesn't have time to go back and forth on the forum all day.
Thank you,
-George

I hope GTM works this out properly, but if they don't what shop can one trust if GTM is not trust worthy. If this **** keeps up I doubt I will ever buy a 370z lol.... High hopes for GTM coming out clean fixing or not being at fault same in my book.

The best option is to have the build, install and tune all done by the same shop. Do it within a close enough distance that you don't mind going back there often and expect to be without the car for several months.

I'm staying tuned into this one..........
on both sides of it, I recall that MRC has always fairily inflammatory towards other shops on these boards, but also, I remember the built motor issue/drama between GTM and BZM, where BZM ended up comingout clean from thoe whole ordeal.........
this should be interesting and hopefully productive.
For my own engines, I have always preferred to take them to best builders....usually an individual who specializes in just one type of motor...does it and does it well...mail order motors have never worked well for me.
