888 Wheel Horsepower 350Z Turbo Fund
This is no laughing matter. I am opening up a turbo fund for my car.
If you would like to see a 888WHP Twin Turbo 350Z by next spring, please donate whatever money you can. Please note on the subject, "Turbo Fund."
I have $3400 saved up so far. I need $13,000.
I am upgrading all my internals, possibly my rear end, clutch, pistons, fuel system, and adding a full roll cage.
Looking at twin t68 from Garrett.
My goal is 888whp and 9 second time slips.

Chebesto is very knowleagable on car performance. Where as I am still learning. This is my 1st project car.
But I have an ace up my sleeve and that ace is a crazy family owned performance shop named Acosta Racing. They are currently flexing their muscles with a tri-rotor single turbo conversion of their new rx8. The same day as they received the car from the dealer, they gutted it open for heart surgery.
I expect nothing less than 800whp from this rx8.
Put it this way, when i say i want to stay below 800 whp, their entire family calls me a wuss. The tri rotor they are using is the same from their NHRA Mazda pickup that dynoed at 1600whp and ran 7.6 seconds. That was a twin turbo, the rx8 will be single.
Cheston and Skidizzle will be much earlier than me though. their projects are already under way, if not past 50% completion. I wont be starting mine til 2004. I can live with 13.11 second daily driver. I wont start my turbo project until i can buy another car for daily use.

first of all why the would you promise not to post the pics when the pics of the 3 rotor silver rx-8 are on their ****in website. secondly the acostas are peices of **** that have stolen money from a shitload of customers and you are an idiot if you want them to do work for you. why don't you ask them them about the rx7 owner they jacked out of $35k for his 3 rotor single turbo conversion. lastly their drag car was a ****in joke and was the laughing stock of the entire drag community. ask that ***** marcos jr. how much **** he would talk before a race, then they would get their *** handed to them race after race. you were right when you said you don't know **** about engines. they use the same ******** sales pitch to every idiot that'll listen. did they use the line about how if you don't make a certain x amount of hp, that they'll refund you all you're money? why don't you ask them why they had to change their companies name from mva to acosta racing? that ace up your sleeve is more like a steaming pile of ****, so good luck w/ your engine. i swear, there's one born every minute. make sure you've got lots of lubrication for your *******, you'll need it when you get reamed by the acostas.

2) Acosta Racing must of made a few people mad... so I would definately watch yourself (350z_taquito) is mad at em for some reason.
3)Rx8 gimmie a break... the thing looks like a reject BMW 3 Hatchback... and its a Mazda... a Mazda... a Mazda (Im surprised Mazda hasn't gone bankrupt yet, they are the fords of Japan - Oh thats right, they are Ford)
