Default 529hp

Took the car to Up-Rev here in Austin on Saturday to see what boost was doing to the cooling system while engine under a load...did find a pin hole in the radiator and a "bloated" hose to the sandwich plate behind the oil filter...so gonna pull the koyo and go have it repaired and hopefully thats the end of the drama..

Now the good news...only had what the former owner told me for HP levels...no proof..now I have proof...Car laid down 529HP and 475 lb.ft. tq.

can you post pics of the location of the pinhole? I have a Koyo and I heard there could be potential issues down the road. You can PM it to me if you want.

Thats it? lol funny..

Location is about halfway down on the left... engine side...draw a rectangle and then cross lines through it (centered) top to bottom and left to right. on the left quadrant on the line its about in the middle...could not find it with the car idleing..soon as we did a run on the dyno, I could see the steam leak there...so I hope this is the issue that has caused my "air in the system" issues..

Former owner claimed 500 at the wheel and 570 max...said it was detuned for longevity. So ..I am happy to see he wasn't bsing..we did three runs and all three were within 3HP.

Thanks horn...now you know why I needed the brakes!

btw...we only went to 6500rpms...car was built with a redline of 7100..thats where the limiter is. Honestly I don't know what 600 more rpms would do..

I would not allow the stock ecu to control a boosted, built motor making 529rwhp; no one has evidence or have used it with long term success (solidsnake knows first hand, Im just answering for him because he is a homo ). Save up and use the Fcon, Halltech, or ProEFI

edit: congrats on the numbers!

OUCH!!! I only heard of one and they said they did a leak down on the engine before tuning and told the owner the motor was on its way out! Will you please PM me with more info? What did Up-Rev do about it? anything?
