I bought your Pro Charger and went with your advise on the authorized installer. It seems that I am the only one who had a bad install. Can I fax you some documentation I have from FFP that condadicts everything he said? I think everyone here wants to know what the deal is. My car went in running perfect and he dynoed it 7 times or more stock and zero problems. The problem began when FFP installed your SC on my car. I have before after pics of the setup etc etc. He claims your FMU numbers were wrong and it could have went lean how many times I think he admits to at least 20 Dyno's maybe more. I think my ECU stored that lean info? When I was there I saw 11.4 more than once and it was hiccuping on the chart. He also Dynoed while I wasn't there so who knows where those A.F numbers were.

Can anyone from your Company have the heart to at least pay to have this install checked? I and many others do not think it is correct. I want to resolve this issue, what are my options?

Will you look at the SC? Can I return it? Why was I charged for smaller pulley's on a car that they apperently caused damage too, and why so many Dyno's? It seems the shops that do no or little Dyno's are running much better than the shops like mine who dynoed way too much and played with the A/F numbers and strayed from your manual! Could this be a factor? Could a hose be wrong? Could it be a bad kit? What are my options with you with this install gone wrong from a perfectly running car until I got your kit? Your assistance will go far in showing others you stand behind your product and the ATI Pro Charger authorized installers. I would like to work with you directly on this rather than be called names etc from Keith at Force Fed Performance in front of my wife and UPS and now he is working on a personal website site to defame me and post my personal emails. It will be hosted under his domain name. His actions seem unethical, unprofesional and uncaring, not to mention abnormal. Can you step in instead of him? Like I said the car ran great prior to taking it to Force Fed in Yuba City CA to install your part. The result is now crank case presure, he doesn't vent it like some others so it's building up and kicking oil out bad in the front by the air filter. It leaks oil all over the FMIC only when running and has light grey smoke from the small hose there too. Anything you cn do is highly aprecited and will go far to show you stand behind your kits not just sell them! I hope you can assit me.

 

make sure that you spell everything correctly before you send it to ATI if you have not already done so. Other than that, I hope that you hear something rewarding from ATI.

OK guys...I'm going to politely ask this again, in case the message wasn't clear by my post at the close of the other thread. For the time being, until this situation has been resolved between the two parties or their legal representatives, I'm going to ask both sides to refrain from using this board as a tool to rehash this situation and disparage the other party.

In the future, posts concerning this will be deleted...until such time as the issue is resolved. When I closed the other threads and and suggetsed a cooling off period between the warring factions, that did not mean to simply continue this topic in new threads. This has become a situation for the parties to handle off the forum. I will await word on the outcome. Thanks.
