850 TT BB
I just bought the turbos kit from Lui. I am trying to find information about them but every time i look at the Garret web site i have no idea what size they are. I hear that the 850 is a modified gt 30 or gt 27 turbo.
I would like to know how much power they can make and some info on the turbos. I tried the search mode but have had no luck.
They are going on a GTM 4.2 block. How much boost will they make ect.

They are a GT28 machined and stuffed with GT30 wheels. They are rated to about 850 crank HP. We did 700whp on the DD with them...two different cars. With a stroker 800whp should be easy, That looks like a fun project! Let us know if you need any help with the setup.

I will need somebody to tune the haltec.
It will be hooked up to GTM 5 AT.
When the time comes for the 1/4 mile i purchased Jerrimme Tibs Turbo 400 with the drive shaft and every thing needed to hook it up.

XKR. Checked out your " Z " nice wheels. What do you think the max. boost is for the 850 tt. Did you have any modifications done to your heads?
