be very careful at this point of the install. u dont want to mess up the edge/rim of the oilpan. if u do it wont seal correctly. just make sure u use a good brand silicone gasket sealer with hi heat resistance since oil heats up pretty hot. also remember to let the silicone harden and form a gasket before startup.

Does anyone know where i can get this fitting circled in red? I belive it is a AN fitting.iI guess they forgot it in my kit. also where does this silver piece go, nothing about it in the directions? the directions totaly skip over installing the oil lines, the coolant lines and the PCV?? Jeffies thread briefly explains it but does not show where everything goes.

No idea what that 2nd part was for either. My kit came with it also but I think it's for the Rev up motor possibly? Someone from Intense chime in on this?

Teflon tape.... That's what I used, both going into the oil pan spacer, and attaching the return line to the piece that attaches to the oil pan spacer.
just MAKE SURE there's no extra tape hanging out into the hole, roll it back with your finger before screwing it in.
Yes, they skip over that, as with about 70% of the install.
any questions post them here, and PM me if I don't reply to them since I might not see it.

The oil pick-up spacer is REQUIRED when using an oil pan spacer. If you don't space the pick-up down the same distance as the pan spacer, you motor can experience oil starvation.

as for the fitting that goes from the oil pan spacer to the 45 degree -8 pushlock, pretty sure it was in there but no biggie, we're going to over night it for ya. Let me know if you have any further questions, i plan on taking a lot of pictures for the install, the previous instructions we're a little too un-informative

to install the aluminum oil pickup spacer, you need to:
1) unbolt the oil pick from the engine (oil pump actually).
2) place the spacer between the pickup and the oil pump.
3) install supplied longer bolts through the pickup and speacer.
4) hand thread bolts into the oil pump, then torque to spec.
I am assuming these are the instructions for this item. there's not a whole lot of other ways that this item could be installed. additionally, they may or may not want you to use some rtv on both sides of the spacer.
