some Turbo questions..
Hey i recently got my 350 about 8months ago, and absolutly love it. Ive only got a intake on it so far with some rims i should put some picks up soon, was going to be getting a full borla catback soon. But ive been reading a lot and it seems a turbo is the way to go for the best gains, and you can always improve after. Iam not really familar with and how the instalation goes, although my father used to be a mechanic so he is deff gunna be some help. But other then that about how long does the whole process take? or shal I just get it done profesionaly, but remember iam not the richest 350z owner haha. last question, which turbo would be best recomended, i have a 05 touring about25K miles. thanks for all your inputs. tom
Congrats on the purchase and welcome. The information you are seeking will more than likely be found in this section of the forum:

Please start by reading this thread and then ask specific questions about the 2-3 kits you have narrowed it down to. I gaurantee that 90-95% of the info you seek is available in previous threads if you search for it.

wow 2 posts and no one has taken his head off...
anyways...
if you guys are going to be doing the work please read all instructions. Also a blower may be an easier proposition for you.
turbo kits that require you to change to new exhaust manifolds are a pain to deal w/ install time is slightly longer than say a turbonetics.. also any turbo kit will be as reliable as the tuner makes it. Sure a f/i kit will cost 4-5k new or used. But remember to get the fuel and ecu upgraded as well as other pieces. This f/i Section is a great section. But remember to always search first...
