^lol. ok I guess the answer is clear. whats the best way to feed the vacuum line into the cabin? can we avoid drilling?
Poke a hole in the wiring harness grommet behind the battery and feed it through there. Just make sure to silicone around it or water will likely come down your harness.
Post start works exceptionally well. Between that, prime (initial squirt), coolant temp fuel correction, and cranking injection you have a way to solve basically any cranking/starting issue you could encounter. There is no reason your car can't be tuned to start perfect. This is not AEM, or a 2JZ
I am running the SS box now, and I dont know if I should continue to run the same set-up on my car now with the built engine for around 1000 miles as break in. and then switch to Haltech.
but also, how good is the resolutions of the maps, as in for rpm range. to tweak every possible range
Next time you use the words "SS Box" and "Haltech" in the same sentence, we're going to ban you.
It's a great system...your tuner will thank you.

Where are you getting your car tuned? Mitch is a tuner from AEM, or AEM certified?
I don't think any tuner will have trouble with the Haltech. Let him tune yours and he may be motivated to work on improving AEM's software and bring it up to par.
AEMs are junk. Even alot of supra folks dont like them, but use them because there isnt much other option for certain features.
+1. you can add the Viper guys, mercedes guys, etc to that list as well. They're all turning away from it. The AEM's compensation and background programming is poor at best.

A lot of the Supra guys with AEM are switching over to the ProEFI 128pin unit.
AEM's arent junk bro, there are more options in AEM than Haltech.
They are junk, dont get butt hurt. Id hope it would have more options since it been around for ever, and they still cant get it to be worth a damn. I have 3 friends with AEMs on supras and they are always bitching. They never idle right, the maps always *** up, and their ignition sucks.
