Ok so I have installed and plumbed the CJM twin pump assembly... which is an awesome peice btw, but I have one question:
It says you need a 2.4k ohm resistor. But do I need a 1/2watt, or 1watt? 1% or 5%? At a local computer shop I found 1/2watt 2.2K and 1/2watt 2.7K resistors in both 1% and 5%.... but could I use one of the 2.2 or 2.7, even though the instructions call for a 2.4? I am not an electrical engineer, so there terms mean absolutely nothing to me.... except that I cannot finish my wiring until someone explains this to me.
I found some 2.4k ohm deals online, but again I would need to know the wattage and the %. Can anyone help me please? I have PM'd Charles, but he is busy right now and I thought someone might have an answer for me here.

I did PM Charles (Phunk) but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I was hoping someone else had done this and could hook me up. This is one of the last things I have to do before I fire it up, so I am getting anxious. LOL
You can go ahead and start the car.. The fuel temp sensor circuit won't trouble you other than eventually triggering a trouble code.
Now as for the resistor... Well I'm no EE myself but I'll have to say I think any of them will work for you.. We just need to provide a little resistence to emulate the missing sensor. The ones you found will probably work but I can't say for sure what temp those resistors will emulate.. I only know the 2.4 because another customer got that reading from the sensor and used it successfully
I would order the 2.4 just in case and just use nothng or what you found local until they show up
