The warranty has ZERO to do with dealer! Inthat the dealer will repair anything that Nissan agrees to cover [PAY FOR] in advance. When Nissan says no the dealer says NO!

Dealers get memos of common warranty items that are reimbursed with few questions asked, they get list of what requires prior approval and what parts must be sent to lab for analysis.

When we do a paid prebuy inspection for clients we know where to look for new non oem mounting holes.

If a person buys a used nissan from the used section of a nissan dealer and it states that its covered....That dealer HAS to cover it for the remaining warranty limit. If the dealer took in a trade and missed the fact that the car was boosted before but the problems show up after the new owner drivers it off the lot...thats on the dealer/ Nissan what ever you want to call it....Stated warranty is a warranty. The only way the Dealer/Nissan can get out of the factory warranty is if the new owner slapped on a turbo kit and drove to the dealer...they will note the FI system if something happens in the future.
