Default Vortech install

I have all the intake side piping in but can't figure out how to get the charge side in. There are power steering lines in the way not to mention how the hell does the pipe fit between the engine and radiator fans? Any pics installed? Thanks for the help!

Yeah I can and will figure it out but figure some actual pictures of one installed or pointers would be a great help. Thanks for the advice I guess I will just give up now that I am 75% done and take it off since you don't think I am fit to install it.

It took me a few tries...and lots of scratches on the piping....you kinda just have to try wiggling it in there...not easy, but doable...

Did you get the right intercooler piping? It is different from the G35s and the Autos/Manuals

Yeah I'm confused man, there should be absolutely no clearance issues with the power steering lines. The only painful part is the AC line on the charge pipe coming up behind the blower itself - but that's only a minor thing where you have to bend the AC lines a bit.

Yeah I got around the AC lines on the drivers side. I have almost no clearance between the pipe and the AC compressor pulley on that side. The power stearing cooler lines look to be in the way on the passenger side. My car is a 03 G35 and I have already run into a few small differences between my car and the instructions. Anyone else see this?

Well I did relocate it. Not like the directions said is the lines would kink. I got it intalled today I am still not happy with the clearance so I may relocate it again.

You just have to be careful and bend the lines slowly. It helps to have a pipe bender to bend the hard lines correctly and you'll get plenty of clearance.

Here's how mine looked once relocated and completely out of the way:

My hard lines were different. They ran in from the bottom.

You could also extend the rubber lines and put the cooler anywhere - which is what I plan to do before the track season starts back up.

Just make sure you refill the fluid and get all the air out when you're done.
