the seals on the blower. if everything is tight, you might have to send it back for a rebuild.

pull the IC and see if oil is building up there.

yeah i had the same issue with mine i was actally blowing oil out of the bypass valve sent it back for a rebuild shop installed it back and the bearing went up a week later. i should have went turbo lol.

If I'm reading this right it sounds like the oil is on the outside of the pipe. Tighten the oil feed line fitting, but be careful not to break it.
