Well then you posted a code...that is different. You know P507 means idle air control system is high. It generally means you need an idle reset.

He's having the same error code and yes a relearn help if the parts are working. Did you read the entire thread?

here.. He does have a code too!!!!

When I do the idle air relearn procedure, my idle will drop to ~850 RPM, but when I restart the car it goes back to 1200 RPM. Its like the ECU will not remember the relearn procedure. I have searched this forum and google and looking for any insight before I go to the dealer or buy a new Throttle body.

Thanks for any feedback.

Edit

YOU FAIL miserably!!! the link you posted is about p1121 error so your advice is inaccurate.

/\ That wasted my time!!! That video is all about just cleaning the TB which we already advised the the OP. The OP already cleaned his MAF sensor and TB and also did the relearn but still get the P507 error. Now where is the correct answer so the OP can say bye bye to the P0507 code.

Have you tried Osiris? They had no trouble adjusting my idle to where I wanted it and they scaled my 600cc injectors / varied throttle body position as to practically eliminate the hot start issues I was having with my Techno flash / UTEC setup.

Default utec and throttlebody reset

I had the same problem with my Vortech/UTEC setup after I sucked up some rain driving in an afternoon thunderstorm. I tried everything to reset the throttle body and remove the code but nothing worked. I was finally able to reset the car by disconnecting the Utec and performing the reset procedure. I now have an Haltech and can reset the throttle body with no problems. Also, If you are planning on staying with this setup; I would suggest getting an Osiris flash. It will help with cold starts, and smooth out the transfer of control from the stock ECU and the UTEC. Good luck.

PS: My Idle was set at 1000rpms (adjusted by cipher) without any codes.

I also changed my MAF and that help me stabilize my idle..

What do you mean by TB. I’m having the relearn problem too.
