when I said there is mention of the sky is falling but nothing is happening, I'm referencing the multiple posts about big news, devastating intel, top secret info, damaging news... most of what you posted isn’t new info - I'm the one that brought the strut bar issue to light (yes it was sent by someone else to XKR through PM, I'm the one that notified that "someone else" (so all the dumb@sses that keep saying I'm a defender, you obviously are clueless)... the welded pistons was Derek’s car, a friend of mine - XKR didn’t bring that to light and it isn’t new... most of what you listed doesn’t even address what you quoted me about... I'm saying that XKR keeps implying he has info that will Blow Up! and nothing ever does. This doesn’t mean I’m an RA defender; this means XKR is full of cr@p... And he keeps posting completely @ss backwards info, the majority of what he posts about me is inaccurate – but that’s not surprising because the guy posts all kinds of stuff that has no merit. The funny thing is, he thinks he’s hurting me by his bogus posts (apparently he’s hurt by my posts – oh well ).

 

I am not a fan of Mike/OCG35. He and I have had several disagreements. In fact, late last year he accused me of lying about my 1/4 times, claiming that I was spraying or that I had internal work done, all because he either a) does not understand drag racing, or b) has to run at the shitty tracks out in California. I think he has a tendency to argue superfluous details, while often missing the larger picture.

Having said all that, I have to agree with him on this one. I've read this thread in its entirety(over time), and it has devolved into a circle jerk. It has become a characature of itself. It's become an insular clique: "bash RA or banish yourself to the wilderness". The thread is full of alleged smoking guns, and nothing I've read has been news. Pretty much everything posted here(that has been substantive at least) has already been posted elsewhere. The promises of more dirt have not been kept.

However, to be clear, I am not defending Scott/RA/VRT, or any other manifestation not yet seen. I wouldn't let him anywhere close to my car. I'm glad I live over here [near] the east code, where I can rely on reputable people and shops, like Sharif.

And to XKR and all his nuthugging brethren, by all means keep up with the OCGAY35 snubs. I have to admit that was quite innovative. Making a humorous "gay" comment has never been done before - you are so edgy. Can I contact your parents and set up a playdate with my 12 year old autistic son?

i was one of the few that gave scott a chance after vrt,like i posted earlier i root for the underdog.sadly for him the noah/scott build list appeared shortly after and there is little to offer in defense of "nismo" parts.(or any of the other outragous behaviour)

every step of the way he had the opportunity to choose moral or slime and let's just say he's been consistant.as this thread unfolds there is a constant stream of underhanded and often illegal moves made by scott coming out.regardless of how many useless post's are made this thread is chock full of goodness.

regarding xkr,just because he doesn't divulge every bit of info in his possession does not mean he did not stimulate a large portion of the damaging evidence to surface.screaming from the mountain top is easy,convincing others to scream for you requires a bit more skill and deserves more respect than you're giving him.

 

from an outsiders point of view, it does seem that way. but when i tell you that there is secret intel its no lie, someone who shall remain nameless was kind enough to pass it along to me and im sure many others also got it this way. we were all told no to post it

i have no reason to defend mike (XKR), but ill tell you, there is no BS being posted by him. he promised more dirt and all who are trusted received the dirt

 

I don't disrespect XKR or his ilk for making allegations. I have no respect for him because as soon as any one with a dissenting opinion chimes in, XKR pulls the "gay" card. I mean come on, that was old 20 years ago.

Because you are new here...I will take the time to explain to you how information is gathered....And the part I play in all this.

Members who trust me sent me info on MrS......ex-customers who have been burned, people who know him now and when he was at VRT. There are some PM's that are sent to me, but they come with instructions not to post it....those are sent to selected members ( Senior Members that contact me and their friends) and not posted in open forum. Why do they give me this info??....because they want to protect this community just as much as most of us here.....They trust me when I give my word not disclose their names...They know I don't mind taking the heat for posting such information....because quite frankly....I don't give a d@mn what you and others like you think of me.....Community comes first......so like I said....I will be the face of all this ...... its opening eyes...and this what we are here for.

The last PM I posted was from the last person to get burned ( literally) by MrS.....he said it was OK to post it and I did....he has promised me the pic and I am waiting for him to take the pic and send it to me. Like I had mentioned in another post.....Anyone that gets rapped by MrS from here after....well....we tried.

Now besides this post.....look at my other posts and you will see what I am really about.....many members on here know me in person and TONS have spoken to me on the phone...I have phone numbers of members from Cali to Florida and up the east coast......My point is...if one of them had posted or said in person the comment you made about me....then I would accept it.....Why?? because they know me.....

I'm not exactly "new here"; I guess it depends on one's view. I've been part of this community for 4+ years. I own a g, so I have spent the vast majority of my time over on the g side of things. However, I have "lurked" over here because this side has a superior technical section. I use the term "lurk" intentionally; I don't post here very often. And when I do, most of my posts have been in the drag racing section, not in the FI section. I'm still stuck in the N/A world, so I have little to contribute in the FI section. So in that respect, I guess it's true that I am "new" here, in that I have not cultivated any community personality here on this site.

I take issue with one of your statements:
Those two statements, to me at least, do not reconcile. If they cared about the community, they would share the information openly, and dispose of this close and dagger junk.

Don't get me wrong - this stuff needs to come to light. And I don't have a problem with your "purpose" here. I am, however, disappointed with the lack of genuine material, and I don't like how you(and others) have treated people with dissenting opinions.

Your comment is way off base. XKR (also named Mike) wasn't the one who came up with the OCGAY35 nickname and wasn't the first to post it. I don't think XKR has pulled the "gay" card (as you call it) on anyone in this thread other than OC, Lawchick, and Scott Bush himself. The OCGAY35 nickname is well deserved based on his moronic nuthugging and antagonistic posts in this thread. For him to claim that he doesn't care about this thread while he continues to post in it... is pretty damned ghey.

And I have yet to see OC display anything in this thread that could be considered sound logic. "Circular reasoning" and "arguing for the sake of arguing" would be a better descriptions of his brain droppings.
