hmmmmm, so this equates to at least 29rwhp per psi of boost

someone call Guiness, cause folks with massive headwork cams and much more efficient/larger turbos aren't seeing that..........

Similar story from my past. We installed a APS kit and when it was on the dyno after, the customer kept wanting to up the boost with the stock bottom end. We told him it wasn't a good idea, but he signed a waiver and kept upping the boost till he made 530HP on a stock DE. Motor held together for 3 runs. Then customer brought the boost back down.

I am sure we all know it wouldn't of held together for very long at that power level.

2001 to be exact not 99. I was actually trying to egg you on a little in those threads. :P

But anyways, that was a very long time ago and we know it's time to drop it like everyone else has.

The Dyno is made by land and sea and it has been know in the bay area as a heart breaker dyno for it's low numbers. I have dyno alot of z and g's in the area and not have single person complain about the numbers.
We did back down the boost

Well....you all told me that I could not make 1100 whp using my 850BB...now is my chance to prove ALL of you wrong.... Maybe now I wont have to change my turbo's Intense who 850BB rules on Bay Area dyno

You just saved yourself a build, and picked up 300rwhp doing nothing lol.

I'm sort of reminded of My cousin Vinny "So the laws of physics are different in Tampa"?

regardless of the dyno this was done on.. you... have to give a shop its credit when its due .... These are respectable numbers.... GTM did it why cant this shop ?

Look at other Z's the dyno tuned at this shop. Are you going to say that all there dyno numbers are inflated as well ... ? Even if the dyno numbers seem little high its not by as much of a extreme as some the haters are making it out to be. ....

A Stock HR has dyno multiple times and put down 265-270hp on this dyno ... so is that not accurate... ?

So why bash the shop for making nice numbers instead of bashing ... ?

what I am saying is, they did 540rwhp on 9.7psi.

we'll call it 270rwhp on motor.

540-270=270hp difference
270hp difference/9.7psi of boost = 27.8 HP/psi

27.8hp/psi of boost is like better than the perfect setup with no friction in the motor, and no heat from the turbos.......

outside of that it looks good

I dont remember GTM making over 580 with the stock HR....I know they came close to 550+ or something like that and wanted to try for 600..but they did not.

No hate here bro....everyone is hating on my little 850BB's ... So when someone brakes a record on a new platform...they have to show the proof ...what Dyno, graphs, equipment used and so on...just like they will want from me when i make 1100 with my 850BB's...everyone has to go through the blender.

What PSI did GTM run to get 550 on the HR? I thought it was like 11 or 12?

The last tech day we had an 08 on the dyno N/A and it made 270 every run. The pressure sensor we use may be off a pound. Which may make better since, I understand where you are coming from. Botttom line is the car runs amazing and it's fast. I don't think the dyno is off but maybe the boost reference.
But didn't GTM hit 582 on 14lbs of boost?
I am only 1 hp above them.
So, if you want some ressurance come down and I will dyno the car for free.
