Default Vortech v3

Hello everyone! Just got my Vortech V3 Full Kit installed and tuned by Rob @ Z Car Garage. Dropped off the car Tuesday afternoon and it was ready on Friday I could not stop smiling after the test ride Rob gave me All I can say is WOW......FI is so awesome. I am so happy with the results!! Thanks to Rob and his crew at Z Car Garage and Thanks to Paul at Advanced Race Technology.

Please see the attached DYNO

Before: 243.44 whp
After: 372.06 whp @ 8.58 lbs Boost

Engine/Exhaust/Gauges mods so far:
Crawford Z Plenum
DC Sports Headers
JIC Y-Pipe
Apex-i N1 Exhaust
Z Car Garage Oil Cooler
Auto Meter Z Series Boost/Oil Temp
AEM A/F UEGO

nice. is this on the 3.33 pulley or a 3.12?

Yes, on stock 3.33 pulley and SS Box . Just got home from a great day of driving. The oil cooler really helped keep the temps down.

Congrat, Btw, where did they put the blower oil drain line?

You have V2? or V3? and who's tunning/install?

Wow...those are great numbers for the 3.33, granted you have some nice breathing mods to help that but still. One of the higher 3.33 numbers I've seen.

Yeah, same here. I was very impressed with numbers. The car pulls very strong and seems like it doesn't want to stop pulling
I know that in the future I will want more power, but for now I am more than satisified. Just have to avoid getting a ride in a TT 350Z.

You ride in any car that's built and TT'd and it's game over for your Vortech...just a fair warning. My budget simply limits me from going the built and TT route. What sold me on it though was my buddy's 900 hp TT'd '03 Cobra....

Oh I always thought it didn't have one since the V3 is a self lubricating unit like the procharger

thats what i thought too. im pretty sure there is no oil return line.... ill be installing mine as soon as it arrives in the mail maybe this week.

lol, thats pretty close to what i dyno'd with a 2.87 at 12psi.

DJ corrected or straight DD #'s? I saw 348 DD vs 395 DJ-corrected on MRC's dyno, now i'm 368 DD uncorrected

378 DD and 427 w/ the Dynojet correction. I dyno'd that on MRC's dyno as well.
