Need help fixing some "Not Ready" Codes
I am getting 4 Not Ready's... and no CEL's.
O2
hO2 (heated o2?)
Catalytic
Evap
Is Catalytic meaning Cat converter?
I have the o2's plugged in, I don't have Cats and and my Evap was pulled while doing my build (Built engine, Greddy TT, Haltech + Old Turbonetics Reflash'd Ecu)
any suggestions on how to get these to ready inorder to pass emissions?

Well evap is easy...its not there (same with me)
You are getting the o2's for up to 2 reasons...first, you aren't running cats but could also be cause you are running non-stock o2's (if you are but you said no cats). They fail because the computer expects them to get to a certain temp in a certain timframe based on CAT being there.....thats how it knows cat is in place.
To pass emissions put cat back on. Evap will be tough. Don't know the requirements where you live.

The cat is a weird one since I never had one to start with. I had a Turbonetics kit on my car before and the Cat was always marked READY.

Makes sense though. Before when you had the TN, the exhaust was going up to the Turbo then through the DP down through the exhaust.
Now the turbos are lower and much closer to the cat. So they are heating faster (too fast) for the stock computer. Get the non-foulers to fix that.
Evap you may be outa luck though.

The OP is in Chicago.
I don't know how they do it over there.
I'm in NJ they don't really inspect for cats unless you give them a reason.
You probably think I live in CT because I spend so much time out there.
but thanks for info on CT checking Cats.

I'm in MA.
I'm gonna get under the car this weekend and make sure I have those defoulers installed right.
I figured it's kind of weird I have NO CEL's... JUST NOT READY's!!
Maybe I need to drive it some more? It's been about 130 miles + whatever dyno tuning (quarter tank of gas)

Maybe some CEL you disabled with the Osiris app won't let you get OBDII ready.
The only thing I can think about is rewiring your MAF
back in and see what happens.
If I'm not mistaken you have a AIT sensor wired in correct?

It sounds like you are running a re-flashed ECU, just not the TN re-flash. My TN re-flash threw codes constantly, but an Up-Rev or similar re-flash won't throw the code, but will show the sensors as not ready or pending like the OP is having issue with.
Dave from F:T seems to think that the O2 codes can be fixed with simulators and proper spacing of the sensors. If you still have your stock exhaust lying around, it may be the easiest fix. Most states that plug into the OBD port will allow one pending code and still pass. Good luck OP.

No Osiris here, just the TN reflash (as far as I know)
I'm going to change my battery today since it was acting up a few days ago. (car's been sitting for 10 months) See if it resets my ecu and we can start fresh.. Gonna go under the car tomorrow to check if my non foulers are still there.

yo do any work with cipher? it will eliminate the codes but will give you that error. i would imagine that the reflash is messing it up and would set it back to stock settings, drive 40 miles on easy throttle(once maf voltage goes over a certain point it wont reset until the car is reset). and then put the reflash back in place good luck
