Im getting code p0328 (knock sensor) when I put my OBD2 scanner in. There is no CEL and everytime I just click clear on the scanner and it goes away but soon after comes back. I know that the motor is not knocking because I cannot hear it whatsoever. I am running an F Con Vpro with Greddy Twins and Built longblock. The motor is running great, A/F is right on so Im not sure what to do. Im sure that this code means that the sensor is getting excessivly high voltage. Im also needing an inspection, can this be giving me the Not Ready signal?
Could it be that the knock sensor is going bad?
Not sure, but if you need to replace it: the upper and lower plenum have to come off as well as the lowest part of the intake before you can see the actual sensor. From that point its 1 bolt away from replacing it. Just thought I'd throw that in.
All in all a little over an hour's work.
Good Luck.

probably a wiring issue, I had the same problem a while back and when I pulled the motor for the build I found the wiring had gotten too close to something hot, I can't remember if it was the cooling tube in the back or what but it melted the wiring.
The code would not throw a light but was always there, and was pulling stock timing down to 10 degrees, but since you have the Fcon it wont affect timing but if you have the knock amp connected to the Fcon for knock (most don't) then you need to fix it, if not then leave it alone if the code doesn't bother or check out the wiring.

we just did an install on this yesterday with a friend. he replaced his knock sensor and wiring. the knock sensor itself didn't make the code go away, but the wiring kit did. the knock sensor is 35 bucks and the wiring was 80 bucks( also includes the wiring to the fuel injectors). easy install.
