I have saved up 5k so far...figured it will be around 10k total...so starting this july and hope to be finished by next march...
You should talk to a tuner that knows (really knows) VQ motors. A compression of 9.8:1 seems a little high to run twin turbos unless you will be running C16. I made over 600 RWHP with the Greddy 18g's on 8.8:1 compression with 93 octane, but even then we pulled the timing back to about 9 or 10 degrees in the critical areas... Meth injection will help, but not sure if it will do enough to achieve your goals with that compression ratio. Again, talk go to somebody who really, really knows these motors. That person should guide you in the right direction. And as everyone else has already said, $10k won't cut it. Your going to need more done than what you have listed to get where you are indicating you want to go (e.g., downpipes, W/G relocation kit, exhaust system, intercooler, oil cooler, tuning, etc). Start researching the forum. There is alot of valuable information here, but it won't be spoon fed to you.

Do none of you have anything better to do than criticize someone. Seriously get off your high horse this is just a FI pissing match my car is already built and you'll never finish yours and mine has more horsepower anyways I'm better than you. Get a life you don't need to come on here every night waiting for someone to post a thread so you can talk **** on them. You're the ones that make my350z the laughing stock of the rest of the car community.
Welder,

Have you been in FI for long?? Its obvious you prob haven't.. There are a billion "can I make 600/700whp" threads...... Lots of questions answered on them.... Info in sticky threads, all over this FI forum too btw.... Why would you make another thread to rehash something that has been said/answered a billion times.. Maybe for attention.. Check my posts/threads I have never said Im better than anyone..... Thanks but your wrong..

FWIW... $20-30K seems about right for 650-750whp, depending on build choices and labor rates. Its not as easy as it may seem.... but what do I really know

There is no pissing contest here....The thread started out with everyone telling him his plans wont get him where he wants to go....but he felt we were wrong.....So I agree with Jay.

I'll refrain from saying what I want about you your the main reason I made the comment. You act like a douche posting the gay dancing ban deoderant stick every chance you get. I've seen the selective moderation on here and how you like to report posts to moderators how are to much of a ***** to actually own up to there actions. So I won't say anything else because I don't want to violate TOU's. Case in point. https://my350z.com/forum/the-lounge-...of-cancer.html

Youll refrain.. Yet you call me a douche etc.. Ok, well you have no idea what your talking about because I dont go to the OT threads and post in every thread there...... Im not a mod, only a mod can make up there punishment for a member violation and if you dont like it thats your problem.. I got it that R3VAN is your friend and thats cool n all..... I could care less.... You havent proved anything btw.. I like the FI forum to stay bs free.....

Point out to me where I have talked **** on anyone posting in this forum...(notwithstanding that you accused me of doing so in this thread before I even posted). I ALWAYS try to help whenever I can to steer people in the right direction, or correct misleading information. Review every single one of my posts I have ever made. If you search hard enough, you will find one thread in which I lost my temper with someone who asked for advice and then wanted to debate me over the advice I kindly gave.

Now, in the present case, the OP needs to be told the reality of the situation. It's much better to let the OP know now rather than for him to blow his $10k and be extremely dissapointed in the results, or worse, a hack job that blows up his motor. You can sit there and give him all the praise you want, but you will be doing him a significant disservice.

Check your facts next time before blindly making stupid @ss accusations.

Edit: I guess this makes the second thread I **** on someone, but it wasn't the OP, it was you welderz...

You guys are like a bunch of HS girls.

OP: Alienating the people whom you expect advice and information will get you nowhere on this forum and nowhere in life.
