really? I thought I had more stroke with the pedal kit!?
I adjusted the rjm kit for the most possible stroke ..

I solved my problem by changing the master cylinder with 07-08 model (11/16 vs 5/8 for 03-06)..work well now!

glad you fixed it. but yes, RJM=less stroke. the max possible stroke with the rjm kit is OEM stroke length(pedal set at 0%. any more than 0% and you are giving up master cylinder stroke length for leverage(easier to press pedal and feather clutch. The reason the clutch becomes easier to feather with the RJM unit is because by reducing the ratio of MC stroke to pedal travel, you have more play in the engagement point. going to a larger cylinder(more oil displacement) would help some with that. I did a 6mt swap so never had the OEM MC. I have a Tilton.
