Default Injector install question

So I'm returning back to stock, and I removed my Vortech kit. Last night I finally got around to installing my stock injectors. After I reinstalled everything, I did not immediately prime the system to check for leaks. *mistake on my part* Plenum and everything got put back on.

My question is...if I didn't lube the o-rings with motor oil, how likely will they be to leak? That's like 28 bolts I don't want to take off again to check.

i've never tried. best thing to do would be to just suck it up and pull it apart again. There's a 50/50 chance you'll need to anyway, so why not?

Looking through the parts diagram, looks like I also didn't have these spacers for the fuel rail.

Did you even turn on yet? Turn on and check for leaks.

not yet...i primed the system a few times and didn't smell anything yet. I just swapped out my oil pan, so I filled it up w/ oil last night. Letting it sit for a day to see if any leaks when I get home from work. Will fire it up tonight.

moog if you didn't put the spacer in you will have to take off the rails to put them in
so while your there might as well take out the injectors and lube em.

I used a Qtip and lubed the injector O-rings and the cavity where the injectors go in
to play it safe.

are the spacers really that important? I ran without them when I had the 440 injectors in there.

If I have to put the spacers in, I will go ahead and put new o-rings in there along w/ the injector clamps. Service manual says to NOT use rubber gloves when handling the o-rings. What's the reason behind that?
