cosworth/hks dyno difference
Took a dyno before i had the work done to my car.
First dyno was with APS TT, Cosworth internals, Haltech ecu. Car made 460 at the hub with 418 torque. Car set at 1.0 bar.
Took another dyno with the same but cosworth plenum, cosworth heads and HKS cams installed. car made 542 at the hub with 494 torque. Car set at 0.9 bar.
So what a difference car made over 80 hp at the hubs and 80 torque using 0.1 bar less. Which means the plenum heads and cams conbined really help the engine to relax a bit while producing more power

I will post a video of the dyno later.

I kind of left it to my mechanic/tuner to decide what he thought worked best and seeing that i have cosworth internals and plenum it just made sense. I didn't go with the new cosworth cams as my tuner said cosworth designed them more for a NA application which wouldn't have been the best solution for a lower compression.

I didn't realize Cosworth had new NA cams. I will have to check them out. Thanks for the info.

budget is tight!! so now i have more hp to look foward too if i get heads/plenum!!
