Default Disappearing wastegate vacuum line

well today i went for a drive and my car will not get boost until 5500 rpms =/. So i decided to check out the system to find that the vacuum line for the wastegate has completely disappeared and the 4 bolts holding for the exhaust side of the turbo are missing as well.

I guess that would explain why I am having boost issues and my downpipe is tapping the side of my transmission. Has something like this every happened to someone?

Where can I find a suitable vacuum hose and four bolts for the exhaust side of my turbo. I was going to check home depot today but I know they are special washers for the turbo and I didnt know which kind.

i never could get lock washers to work because after a few heat cycles, they lose their locking capability. get some lock nuts. the wastegate line just melted and fell off probably.
