No idea, all those numbers mean something ... the important part is to capture that data when you experience the problem and post it up here.

Chef - I had an intermittent problem that was similar with my Utec as well. Would only happen every once in a while usually when in 2nd approaching redline and only when the car was hot or I had been beating on it. The car would just fall off and then pick back up after the shift. I assumed it was a tuning issue and Dave offerred to fix it, but I decided to upgrade from Utec to Vi-PEC.

Also, I had to learn not to flatten out the pedal as I shifted, but rather keep it to the floor while clutching to prevent any bucking. The Utec just didn't fitmy driving style IMO. - Cass

Thanks for sharing your experince.

Mine is pushing hard when other gears in, just a first gear isn't really. I kept eyes an oil pressure gauge(stock) this morning when I tried it. It shows at almost close to max and rpm was at 5500 when It chock up.( car was warm up)
Couple weeks ago I setup the retune schedule with local tuner( don't get me wrong, injected performance did great job and hal is great tuner. But too far away from my area...). I was thinking about switchin ems but I already spent too much $ on tunning in a month.

Oil pressure seems high dude, not sure if that's related. Mine never maxes out and it see's full boost in all gears regularly.

Just make sure you post the log from where you had the problem in 1st gear. I'm curious to see what things look like.

Find a nice straight that has no cars and put it in 3rd gear at 35mph then put the pedal to the floor and keep it there to you reach red line or close to it. Need to see more and too bad you don't have the tuner pro to get AFR's in the log.

Try a few more pulls when you get a chance.

I just ran only first gear. Not even full throttle, was little step on it. I will try run third gear pull.

It is if you have an overboost cut that is too low. Then you get a fuel cut.

Odd that it would just start. By the data log, it looks like it can't get boost. Coupler leak? Maybe you popped one of of the IC piping...

This is kinda funny. I don't see boost if I don't flow all the way to floor. So if I want to get on boost, I have to push pedal all the way and wait untill build boost. Boost leak? I don't think so, b/c I usually hit to 6~7 psi if I flow.

I even asked injected performance, see if I can replace the gauge that has vacuum/boost. Because mine is not fun at all... Lol

You have a coupler blown off. You are not even getting into boost.

chef,

Check the coupler that connects from the intercooler to the blower.. it gets loose and could of possibly poped off. It happened to me.. Just when I thought it was so tight, it still came loose. check it. May not be it but worth a shot.

Now I gotta figure out how to see the logs from the utec. God thing is so complicated lol

Car is doing good man, I was going to go to jeremy but I ran into some problems but Im gonna go to him when the time comes ( have some things in mind about going bigger.. )

I did get everything running and I got it local tuned. it did make 415/370!. Car feels good. Iam going to make a thread on it once I get some time to send in the blower for the ceramic thrust. My seals are going bad so Iam going to have it all changed.

everything is good.. I have to same problem ( well not really a problem I think ) but its kinda hard feeling the boost you know, have to really push the pedal down. haha I love the BPV so much I just wish it worked more like a BOV you know, just tap it a little and it goes of . Oh well. Its loud! definitely want to hear that HKS though

I agree with the above .. boost leak. Check all your pipes, switch to T-Band clamps if you haven't alreadyl.
