Default rc injectors with stock fuel rails NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

Good afternoon,
were installing my supercharger on as we speak , the problem we ran into is we saw a picture where the fuel rail needed to be grinded after using rc injectors (650cc to be exact). has anyone found the need to do this? it feels like the lower plenum has a little bit more play to it , and were trying to avoid finding out we needed to grind the rails after everything is put back to norm.
please someone help out
calling all experts.

Can you change the thread title? Its a little confusing and folks will think you're talking about a personal experience with these injectors OR that you have a general question....

something like: RC injectors/Stock fuel rail ((NEED HELP ASAP))

I have the 550's and it all fit fine, no grinding here. In fact if I recall correctly I had to use spacers where the mounting bolts go for the rails. Everything lined up perfectly. Good luck.

the tabs on the fuel rails do need to be shaved down a bit. There are a couple on each rail that wrap around the top of the rail and may interfere with the lower plenum so best to shave them down a bit, you can look at the Greddy TT installation instructions

You most definitely have to shave down the rails...It's funny, with RC 440's I didn't have to shave the rails, but when I switched to RC 650's it definitely didn't fit...I just used a grinder...

Well we got the spacers to fit did a lil modification to the fuel rails and voila! The supercharger is in , just needs to get tuned and we should be good! Installing my methanol system, gauges, and catch can tomorrow am. Just so much of a headache and ruined nerves during this part of the process. This is actually my first FI build so its been a lot of months reading and reading, but so far so good. Thanks guys!
