No power past 16 psi? Are you sure both turbos are healthy? Something else to consider... Any oil in the IC piping?

another member of this forum (briguy) was having a similar issue where he wasn't making power in upper rpm's. his problem ended up being spark blow-out, fixed with the kenny bell boost-a-pump.

boost-a-spark - and that was spark issues with a UTEC.

It's a good thought but SmallTuner I believe is using a Haltech and a boost-a-spark will likely show no improvement with a Haltech. I've tried it.

i find it very odd that every cylinder drop the same amount of psi, that means that if the rods bent then everyone of them had the same degree of bend or if a intake/exhaust valve was leaking then it would have to have the same amount of leakage on every cylinder...........i think thats highly unlikely and almost close to impossible...........as far as overheating......are you getting any air in your coolant system? is the car boiling coolant in your overflow tank?.......how is your oil, any moisture in it?..........and how much moisture is coming out of the exhaust?..........i wouldn't be so quick to ripp apart the engine until i was completely sure thats what i had to do.....but that's just my .02

I agree.... all cylinders at 90 psi.... hmm. Try a different compression gauge. It is impossible to hurt all the cylinders the same amount!! If that truly is the compression, Id check things like cam timing. Something that can affect all the cylinders equally!

im going to do a test again and a compression leak test allso today.

still there is somthing not right.

befor i did my compression test, there was a noise comming from the VTC pully (dirver side).

allso the radiator is full of dirt .

its like sand with brown color all over the water passages

specially in the overflowtank.

and i allways found this if i open the radiator cap after a hard run

ok

the engine oil is normal, no water or any other thing.

and about the air, yes im gitting air in my coolant system.

even if i bleed it.

and like i said the radiator is full of brown water, dirt or oil

here is a pic i got it today

i did the test but with engine oil.

the compression just hit 135 psi with the same guage i used befor.

old compression was arund 85.

Well at least that narrows it down some. The radiator fluid looks awful. I would not run that motor anymore before a complete teardown.

What...that's fluid? What's going on there? And huge power dropped?
Have you check other things as well?(timing, plugs etc...)

135 psi sounds better than 85 psi tho.

yep, pulgs are fine.

about the timing, i rotate the engine and have No. 1 cylinder piston in TDC.

then i opend the rocker cover to check the timing noses intake and exhaust in Bank1.

they look just the same as the manual pic, but to make sure, i have to remove the tming chain cover to see the meeting marks.

i have a feeling that this motor was having an overheating problems that i dont know about, and this is what makes all the Cylinders dropd the compressin.
looks like a piston to cylinder bore clearance problem.

looks like you have oil mixed in with your coolant.
