http://cj-motorsports.com/342install.htm

that will cover your fuel pump installation assuming they provided you with a walbro in-tank upgrade.

what EMS are you planning on running? sts uses the orsiris or something like that right?

sounds like a beefy setup.

injectors are easy. take off the plenum all the way down and including the lower plenum. You'll see the 2 fuel rails. Those unbolt witha couple bolts on each side and the stock injectors just pull out. They are just pressed in. Unclip the harnessfrom them, clip the harness to the new ones and push them into place. reverse order of removal. Pretty simple.

The link posted above works great for the fuel pump. I have a g35 so it was under the passenger side of the rear seat. make sure you're low on fuel before you take the pump out or fuel will spill out...lol. Learned that the hard way. It's also wise to get a replacement oring for the fuel pump just incase the stock one is all swollen.

how much more did those upgrades on the sts kit cost?

the seals on the injectors are orings. DW's come with their own orings on them so no need to even swap the stock injector orings on them.

I'm pretty sure even the DW 600's are OEM fitment. My 440's were and I think they claim that all their injectors are. They are easier to change than a spark plug change. Only crappy part is just the time to take off all the intake parts and plenum. It's not hard, just time consuming.

you mean walbro 255. gss-342 is just the part number. it's a 255lph fuel pump.

You need to do the mods to it otherwise it won't idle correctly. do a search and there is a page that has all 3 mods on it and it's very detailed with exactly what sizes to drill out. I'm at work so i don't have it bookmarked here.

i drove mine on a stock ecu with 440's. Just drive it in low rpm. It won't hurt having too much fuel for a short while.

and you need that plug on the end for the swirl jet. Take a picture because i'm not quite sure which plastic thing you are talking about.

If you are missing something you'll have to find someone with an upgraded basket and try to get the piece or you have to buy the whole thing from nissan. They don't sell just pieces of the fuel cage.

ya, sounds like dead battery.

if it's a factory battery then it's probably worn out. Mine was factory from 2003 and this summer when i was doing a lot of re-mapping i would have the car on with the engine off for long periods of time and i smoked the battery.
