I searched for this but only got returns for 1 step colder questions.

How many miles do your plugs last before you have to change them. And what plugs are you using?

I changed mine at 9000 miles due to circumstance, but plan on doing it every 10K if I make it that far on a fawking motor.

unless you are road-racing, doing many track days, or putting 20k miles on the car a year, you should easily make it a season on a set of plugs.

pulled this off my list of Z "spec" when I bought the car...

Greddy Long reach type spark plugs (heat range 8)

Anyone know the best place to get these? They probably have 9-10K on them now.

not sure where you get them, but purely by having greddy name on it plan on paying way more than they are worth.

Is the Greddy heat range opposite of NGK? If I am not mistaken, NGK uses 6 as one step colder.

So if im getting 6k out of a set, I should asume Im running way too rich and should retune? Previous owner says its time to change them when the car feels slugish in boost..about 5k-6k miles.

Well, once I free up some cash in the market, Shariff will be getting a call! $750 for an HKS tune is steep....but worth it!
