UPDATE!

So i found out my problem. the fuel pump was bad. It was so weird, the pump had springs trying to escape from the top part. I don't know why it became the way it did. I put in a new pump now I am back to where I was powerwise. Check your fuel pumps. I've done the snipping off the little plastic as well before but that wasn't the issue.

I'm assuming he checked the tune too, correct?
