Question , why did you weld the fittings on the APS oil pan ? was that suppose to be for the return from the turbo ? cause I notice you guys drilled into the upper oil pan ?

Somers had smoking issues due to poor oil drainage from the turbo returns. Putting the oil returns back above the oil level in the sump means theres no chance of any smoke problems.
It was cheap to do while the motor was out so I did it!

**** cause I have the same oil pan , now im rethinking about the return now...
You could be fine with the oil drains as APS has run them but I just did not want to find i had smoke issues and after the build was done when it cost £80 to do the custom returns when the motor was in bits?
also the APS rubber return lines arnt great so my new returns are alot better and will last longer I hope!
