Turbonetics shouldn't be allowed in the same sentence as Powerlab.

MAYBE if he got it for like 3 grand but then he would just be paying 3 grand to send a rod out for vacation, while installing uber cool block windows....
Saying "I have a Turbonetics turbo kit" is like saying "I like punching babies". One word makes all the difference. (Hint for the stupid, remove the bolded words)

Their track record of making some of the biggest performance turbochargers? Or their track record of cars breaking 1/4 mile records running their turbos at the strip? (I'm referring to some of the drag cars posted in this thread) Turbonetics was the first single turbo kit on the market. Plenty of people have tons of time and miles on their car with the kit and no issues including me. We can argue all day long but in the end this post wasn't about a Z specific kit as should be obvious since the original post was of a Mustang.
I guess these guys are epic fails too right?

I wouldnt go near a TN kit with all the horror stories I've read. The kits for other cars may be good but not the one for the Z.

That's your choice of course and I won't knock you for it. It's been fine on my car and quite a few other buddies who run the kit.
