we are still totally in the air about the intake manifold pricing cause we are busy with other projects... but if someone send us 2 grand im sure we could pump one out within 2-4 weeks. its an awfully time consuming part but we have all the fixtures made so it will take half the time that mine did

I had pictures that i had been showing everyone for months now, I guess I forgot that I never posted them public... no wonder you guys havent been ordering the intake!!!
i havent done a photoshoot with it yet, but here are misc pics from various stages of final machining and test fitting.
pardon the mess, was moving everything around in there... did some custom fuel system stuff just for symetry, redid the engine harness, made all new coolant pipes and lines to clean everything up... removed a ton of BS. I really need to come up with the time to do a real thread on the car and then clean the hell out of the engine bay and take nice pictures.

everything vacuum happens in the cowl now, EVAP solenoid and all the lines, just a single hose will be headed from the intake plenum to back into the cowl and all the mess will be in there hidden by the covers.
Any dyno before and after#'s?
Honestly, I dont see anyone really rockin this unless they are local to you..
It would be A LOT to reroute all the piping etc.... Prob not worth the $$..

Any competent shop should be able to tackle this, but the cost might be a bit prohibitive to some.

this manifold is currently $2000... we might do something else with the place later, higher or lower... but for now its $2000... there is no spread to $5000... its just 2 grand.
not bad really, you would pay 5000+ to have it custom machined. Its just over $600 in raw billet aluminum and more hours on the CNC then i want to count!we can also build them like the one we built on SPs car, with stock throttle location, but due to throttle inlet overhang we would probably charge a little more, its a larger pain in the *** to make then this one is.

SOMEONE had to fill the void of intake manifolds for extreme power cars. Check if anyone else is making the same top end power as SPs shop car with our manifold. We can still make them like we did on SPs anyway with stock throttle location, this is just what we did this time. custom one off stuff is just expensive, if we though we could sell enough manifolds tuned for extreme power / RPM to justify casting it and reducing price, we would... but cosworth already has a perfect intake manifold for the common medium builds... i dont see CJM being able to stomp something cosworth spent years on... we made something different for a different application.

Sounds great... But I guess time will tell.....
Its a sick option for TT/built, it also looks sick.. But for rerouting harness, re do all piping...
