I don't think it is developed yet. I believe it is still just an idea on the drawing board to see if it will generate enough interest to sell. Here is a quote from SSRENGINEERING dated 9-30-03, seventeen days ago:

Hey everybody,
It seems there is alot of turbo talk on this board and alot of people seem to be interested in pursuing an aftermarket means of forced induction. We are looking to develop a twin turbo system for the Z using the best materials/components possible with a price that doesen't break the bank. Along with a full 1-year warranty on all of our parts.
-SS304 Polished Equal Length Manifolds
-SS304 2.5'' downpipes
-Twin Garret Turbos
-Internal or Dual Tial 35mm External W/G's
-Re-Programmed ECU
-Injectors
-HKS BOV

The list goes on for days, but the thing is we need a local car in Southern California to work off of. If you are unfamiliar with our work check out my website for pics and information on what we do and who we are.

Basically the turbo car will get numerous benefits but will have to leave the car with us for 6-8 weeks. If you are interested in pursuing this deal feel free to PM me

I doubt that this product could be designed, developed, and produced in seventeen days to run reliably on our cars. No one else has been able to do that. Look at PE, Greddy, or even the engines that Top Secret has blown. Just my opinion.

Hopefully when I am there I will be able to get more Info on it. I'm wondering if the twin turbo setup will be the best way to go as far as FI.

SSR: So you're saying that by Sema, the TT kit will have been tested with WHP results? Any plans for 1/4 mile testing?
Will it be available to the public directly after you announce it at SEMA?

or

are you just presenting the 350Z TT kit that will be available in the future?

Thanks.

Greddy had their TT 350Z at Sema last year, and it was just a shell...the hoses weren't even hooked up to anything. It's a year later, and even Greddy doesn't have theirs for sale yet. Do you really think SSR has created a TT kit, tested it and will have it in production soon when they didn't even have car as of 9/30?

My point exactly. It takes a lot more than picking out some components from a catalog. If SSR does it right I wouldn't expect a real tested product until next year.

We are just presenting the kit then. There won't be any WHP results until 2-3 Weeks after the SEMA Debut, Quarter Mile testing will be up to the customer.
