Red face a/f help needed

hey every1 i got a jw tt kit my a/f is going from high 11s to mid 15s at idle only the rpms go up and down a little, when driving its fine only when i am stopped this happens. any ideas??? and yes its tuned by the one and only.

Um, who's "the one and only"?

If it's hunting, it could have a vac leak, or just a funky tune.

What is your vacuum at idle?

sam. vac is around 5ish does not move until i touch the gas.

Vac is low, should be 18-20 inhg at idle. Check for air leaks.

its always been like 5 ish, no leaks.
