2004 G35 FI Reputation
hey guys,
people have told me to come to 350 to ask you guys this. i'm thinking about purchasing Bashar's 2004 g35. It's vortech'ed and I just wanted to see if you guys have heard any good, or bad, things about his car.
Bash, if you're reading this, I'm just trying to do some homework on your car =P
Anything I should look out for when buying used boosted cars? He said he got the supercharger installed professional and tuned @ Church's in Socal. Or would you guys stay away from used FI'ed cars and just buy stock?
TIA for the help fellas!

It looks like a very well maintained and built car. It would cost you prob 25% more what he's asking to build it. I think i would make an exception on this one but on the other hand build your own car why jump on someone's band wagon. Cars are a reflection of our own imagination and personalities. That car reflects his. Good luck either way

more importantly ask yourself if you can afford the down time of a non factory fi car or the cost of one. Employers dont care if you blew your motor from too much boost theres always someone with a honda to replace you. The fun part is building the car and the anticipation of finishing it. What good is it buying a car thats done already besides cost.

i know you gave me your opinion, but i just wanted to get the 350z community's opinion as well. i appreciate it too =P
you guys are right w.r.t building your own car, but i haven't got the time in the world to do that or wait to FI a stock car. But i think the cost benefit is what's driving me also. but i appreciate everyone's input. thank you so much!
