Gonna join the DarkSide soon, just looking for some advice
One last thing.. Some of the FI guys that responded are good guys which helped me in alot of ways just in the purchase of the kit. Your totally screwed here in S.FL for Z guys.. B/c they're hardly any of us let alone boosted. These guys will help you in the future and you'd might want to be a tad more diplomatic. This is a informative forum not a chatroom..

Oh your one of those retards... OP Well I was having your same dilemma and ended up getting a Greddy Tuner. I was about do get it installed but really thought about it and did more research. Return type FS, built bottom end, quality comp and injectors for anything passed 400whp for a RELIABLE set up. I'm personally aiming for 650whp and looking for a whole cosworth bottom end. Granted it's pricey but seriously take these guys advice.. Minus dikspiel's retard take on that nonsense. What's cheap now will cost you more in the future. On last thing.. Be especially careful to whom you let wrench in yout car, there are full 80pg threads on particular shops.. Mmmhmmm mentioned by retard.
Thanks man, i am just would've been more appreciative of the advice had it not a "close thread" right after it thas all. Im tryna figure out the best route without going totally broke for some small numbers. But thanks for UR advice, in the end thas what i'll prolly end up doing, built bottom just for the peace of mind and knowing my bad habit of always wanting more and in this case which would be more boost.
Yea thas understndable. Just figured cuz I was aiming for low numbers might work as far as the block goes. Going to get all da supporting mods. But im set on the route im gonna go so its all good.
Don't bother doing the rods only without also upgrading the pistons, headgasket, and main/head studs.
The best thing you can do to keep the stock block together is keep it at a moderate boost level (6-8psi), use the highest octane fuel you can get, and have it tuned properly on a dyno. Oh, and don't cut corners on the fuel system and engine management.
