Update. The Z is no longer at Function Tuned with Dave. She is at D&V autobody waiting to get some of the front bumper trimmed to fit with the new piping around the innercooler and to get a few other items installed while there too. But, they are super swamped over there.
Not a lot of F/I info but I was getting antsy and figured I'd visit and take a few shots of some of the eye candy over there and update the thread.
D&V is also having a big gathering of a lot of the cars they've worked on for the enthusiasts in the local area. Last one I attended had a ton of nice rides. It'll be the 18th of April if anyone close by is interested.
Picked up some new tires. I believe it is more of a "It's NEEDED" not a "Nice to have" thing now. Needed wider tread in the back. Moving the PS2 265/35 up front and getting these for the rear:
285/35/19. Was looking for them in 295s but no luck.
Keeping them in the bag, until needed, for freshness.
Mmmm.... Ferrari....

Driven1 (Robbie) seems to have his ride at D&V everytime I'm taking mine in
Unfortunately someone wasn't paying attention while they were driving and ran into his blue beauty

Here's a Z that came from Intense Power that was bought up by a local. Managed to bang up the front end a lil.
This one caught my eye.
D&V did the body kit on this one and it has some interior touches too, with suede dash.
The kit managed to make the front bumper a lil more aggressive lookin'
Check out the HREs and the BA BBK!
Hope to have some updates soon. Hopefully the updates can be made from behind the steering wheel

Was looking for the R888s but lotsa places didn't seem to have them ready to go. Haven't pushed these ones yet what do you think of 'em Barnabas?
Sorry for not updating the last few weeks guys been super busy and was out of town for some of it. I actually got my Z back 2 weeks ago from D&V. They got majorly swamped. Super bad snow storm followed by really nice weather had droves of people and insurance claims coming in for body damage and the amount of cars there was unbelievable. That and I wasn't going to rush them on hastely cutting into my front bumper. i wanted it all nice and zen like for them to work on my ride. The finished product turned out MUY BUENO. I've gotten to ride her some and am really happy.
Will be trying to get back with Dave for a few more pulls and a once over for his final blessing. Haven't been able to get in the last week with behind the scenes stuff. But hoping this weekend maybe. Also with D&V's huge event happening this Sunday there will be a lot more pics to update this thread with. Also got my hands on a video cam so the conclusion of the thread will have some sweet photos and possible vids to finish it up.
There will be an update shortly.
Oh and one other thing i noticed...

they stick great!!! wayyyy better cold weather performance then my Gforces
Turning and handling they are great!! not quite as quiet as the hankook ventus evo 12 that give the same performance though.
I like these tires allot but I only ran them becasue they came on my rims when I bought them. For the price point I can get better.
