Update:

Engine is dropped. and everything is prepared to be installed.

i requested the mechanics to do some cleaning and re-organizing for all the wires and parts. ( starting fresh )

i was running on unichip with the previouse setup. and i still have it.

also i got the Stg 2 turn-key kit. so i have the uprev reflash as well.

i guess i will go with the uprev reflash ( by GTM ) till i can get the fund for a proper standalone ( haltech or Fcon )

Since the engine is stripped and cleaned, we have decided to it open and check all the parts to make sure that we are doing the setup right from the first time.<O</O

- Pistons: looking perfect. as if never ran on boost ever ... seems that i was not pushing the car as i was supposed to... lol ( as the mechanic said. )<O</O
- Pistons rings: no leaks and perfectly fine. <O</O
- Connecting rods: i was really worried to find any bends. but thank god. all seems to be in a very good shape.<O</O
- Crankshaft: in a good condition as well.<O</O

1) JWT C2 Cams. <O</O
2) JWT Springs/retainers kit.<O</O
3) Ferrera 350z viton valve stem seal kit.<O</O

i took 3 days OFF . and got my hands Dirty... ( nothing feels much better than working on your car yourself )

so you arent replacing at least the rings since its all apart?

 

u should at least replace the rods since it's apart.... eagle rods ($450) = no restless nites worrying
