New setup: APS ST to GTM TT STG2. The build just started.
Hi guys....
well.. I have to admit
.. i always learn the hard way ...but to be honest. it’s worth it.. i learned a lot from my APS ST setup... so i won’t regret whatever i did.
I never thought I will FI my car in the first place, after 2 yrs of owning the car I went for APS ST kit.
After 16 months.. i decided to go for TT ... alot ppl told me you do it right the first time and go for TT with built engine….. . but what to do .. that mod bug did bite me soo hard and didn’t have the fund for a TT nor a built engine.... i guess SAM@GTM was smart enough to choose the time when the mod bug soooooo hungry for another bite..
and he gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse….
So I placed the order on the 11th March 2010 for the GTM TT Stg 2.

it should be ready for shipping by this Tuesday or Wednesday
and other 10 days for shipping to dubai.. so expected date of starting with the installation on my car: Sat 24th April 2010 … cant waaaaaait
APS ST was alot of fun. i really liked it and recommend it for those who wants to stay in 400WHP range.. it was very smooth, and knock on wood, never faced any problem other than the boost creep which was solved with Forge actuator and boost controller. i had issues with setting the controller. but a good friend of mine did the magic and fixed it for me.
Appreciate all the support given by the guys in here in fixing my kit and all the recommendations and info give.

IPP STG1 is a dirt cheap. or at least get a set of pistons and rods, they are only $1000-$1200. better than $$$$$ when your block turn to million of pieces.
