Default Easy Questions

Replacing the Airinx Trsut/Greddy filters on my 18G kit, what is the K&N Mini Cone filter part / model number?

Replacing my 18G (TD05?) Turbo's due to failing seal on drivers side, enough oil is spewing everwhere I think I want to replace prior to it failing on the highway.

Your opinion:

Have Drivers Side rebuilt?

Have Dr & Pass side rebuilt at same time?

Upgrade to 20G TD06 Turbo's?

Upgrade to ???

Quick hijack... Terry has been out of town last week. He is back this weekend and we will meet up this week to pick up the rims. I will send pics as soon as I have them.

You can try to PM jtgli, he has the # for the K&N replacement filters I think.

I run the large K&N's so sorry cant help you there.

How many miles on your turbos? I have not been impressed by any of the upgraded numbers we have seen, IMO they are not worth what some of the shops are charging.

Also keep in mind, many old school guys who did the 20G upgrade had reliability issues, so much that many shops stopped offering them. Things have recently changed but we dont know how the upgrades will hold up, I wouldnt want to be the GP.

Whatever you do get that turbo fixed! I remember one time we were out and about the smoke actually pours out onto the ground like liquid when you come out of boost haha

You might wanna have the oil lines inspected by someone who knows what they are doing, there's a chance that they are not flowing properly hence the seal failure...
